The Glenlivet 14 Year Old washed with chocolate
|
2 parts |
|
Sweet Vermouth
|
1 part |
|
Aromatic bitters
|
2 dashes |
|
Pinch of salt
|
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice
- Stir
- Strain over chilled glass
WASH METHOD:
1. Combine 2 cups of The Glenlivet 14 Year Old and 0.25 cups of melted chocolate in a non-reactive container with a lid
2. Shake
3. Place in freezer for 12-24 hours
4. Strain out solid chocolate and rebottle the Chocolate washed Glenlivet 14 Year Old
